Mission
The Eudaimonia Movement empowers leaders in their journey to live intentional lives, helping them to cultivate meaningful relationships that enable them to inspire and support the communities they serve.
About Jess…
Kurt Vonnegut, Jr said, "We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be." To me, this is a call for us to be both authentic and intentional with our choices. In my experience, that requires expert guidance to sort through all the scripts and stories we’ve picked up since childhood, telling us to be good little people. Good is the enemy of fulfilled.
I believe we all deserve to be treated with dignity and that we can have fun and feel good in our bodies too. And when we feel good, we are better able to do good in our relationships and communities. That’s how we change the world!
I pretend to be a lot of things in this life: Partner, employee, unschooling mom, group facilitator, people and processes consultant, Pilates instructor, coach, writer, drummer, the list goes on. In each of these arenas, I strive to allow my most authentic self to shine through, embodying the life well lived -- Eudaimonia!
I'm not here to teach or tell you how to live your life. Rather I’m here to help you get out of your own way and live the life you already know you want, but are too scared to say it out loud. If you're interested in learning more about living intentionally, then let's connect and see if there's anything we can learn from each other.
